The Building

Welcome to history.

275 Medford is the only luxury loft community in Boston's Terminal Street Warehouse District. We believe that new construction should preserve Boston's heritage and reflect the needs of its future.

Nearly 30 years in the making, the developer worked with city and town officials to ensure we preserved the history of Charlestown. As such, before opening, we ensured 275 Medford was listed on the National Registry of Historic Places and was recently recognized by the City of Boston with a 2017 Historic Preservation award.

Setting the benchmark for new waterfront construction for the Mystic River Watershed, 275 Medford perfectly encapsulates the look and feel of a turn-of-the-century factory and modern luxury living — all while reducing our carbon footprint one renter at a time.

Living at 275 Medford allows you to participate in a collective effort to preserve Charlestown's history, its resurgence and its future.

Welcome to the Future

Just by living here,
you're doing your part.

275 Medford was renovated with more than just our residents' needs in mind — we considered our planet and its future. We designed our community so that with slight changes of daily behavior, we will leave our city (and our planet) just a little bit better than how we found it (we even recycle Styrofoam and our Christmas trees).

Based on simple principles of conservation and responsibility, our century-old building has been retrofitted with state-of-the-art plumbing, piping, HVAC technology and high-end low-flow fixtures and LED lights throughout each loft — exceeding the EPA's standards for efficient water usage, reduced electrical consumption and active reductions to our carbon footprint.
