For all leasing inquiries, please submit the form, providing as many details as possible.
We collect first month's rent, last month's rent, security deposit and a key fee at lease signing. We require a credit, criminal & background check for all applicants 18 years of age or older.

To be considered for tenancy
Applicants must meet the following requirements.
- Minimum 6 months consecutive employment with the same company, or remote-employer-approved.
- Credit score of 625 or higher.
- Base salary ≥ 3× monthly market rent. Joint applicants must each earn ≥ 2.25× monthly rent.
- If unemployed/retired: recurring income equal to 3× monthly rent, or assets equal to 6× monthly rent (non-liquid valued at 50%).
Application Process
- · Provide a copy of valid government-issued ID and proof of employment/income at time of application.
- · $500 of the security deposit is collected with the application — refunded if not approved, applied to final security deposit if approved.
- · No application is considered without the above.
- · Approved applicants must sign a lease within 72 hours of notification, or the application may be rejected and the loft returned to market.
- · All lofts remain available for rent until a lease is fully executed.
- · Falsifying information will result in immediate rejection.
Tours
Tours are scheduled in advance, daily between 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. (last tour at 4 p.m.) and Saturdays 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. If you'd like a showing outside of these hours, just let us know. Due to high volume and heavy traffic, walk-ins are not permitted.
Lofts can be held for up to 30 days from the date of application.
